If you want to load your car on the train and take it with you on your journey, certain things must be considered, which we will discuss below:
- Arrive early at the loading station, as the process can take a long time
- If VR is going to load your car, you should arrive at least 30 minutes before the loading time starts
- Your vehicle’s keys must be left in the key box in the station lobby no later than 30 minutes before the start of the loading time indicated on the ticket. Alternatively, you can place them in the key box that is inside the white cabinet, right on the house wall
- Print the ticket and attach it to the keys. In addition to the information you have provided, you can write information on the paper from the ticket. For example: name, mobile phone number to contact, departure date, train, station from which you depart, car make, model, registration number, etc.
- Keys are returned to owners immediately upon arrival at the destination
