No Car Train Service Available
Unfortunately, Lahti station doesn’t have a service where you can transport your car anywhere. If you really need this service, you can go to Helsinki Central Station, where you can go through the appropriate procedure to get your car on your journey.
If you really need to park your car inside the station, you can! The truth is, you have several options. Lahti Skortoki Oy offers parking near Lahti Travel Centre. Specifically in three different places:
P-Matka Parking (P1)

Radanpää Outdoor (P3)
Near the Travel Centre with affordable daily rates
Moisionkatu Parking (P4)
Outdoor parking area with competitive pricing
Important parking information:
- Trailers are not allowed in parking areas
- Entrance height: 2.8 meters
- Open 24 hours a day

The parking price depends on the location you choose. For example, parking for up to 30 minutes in the P1 parking area or P3 and P4 parking areas costs 1 euro. However, if you spend one day in the P1 parking area, it costs 15 euros, while parking in the P3 and P4 parking areas costs 6 euros.

No Luggage Lockers Available
At other stations it’s possible to use lockers where you can store your luggage while doing business at the station, for example at a restaurant. Unfortunately, this is not available at Lahti railway station. We recommend that you always have your belongings with you.
If you need help, you can request assistance at the station. The assistance point is located in front of the station building, right next to the city. It’s easy to drive drop-off vehicles and taxis if you want to take one to the assistance point.
