Pasila Railway Station
Pasila Railway Station, together with Helsinki’s rail traffic center, is an important part of the capital region’s transportation system. From Pasila station, the main line goes directly north to Tampere and Oulu, with connections to other railway stations. It’s used by local trains heading to Riihimäki and other long-distance trains.
The coastal line runs west all the way to Turku, serving Vantaankoski and Kirkkonummi commuter trains as well as long-distance traffic to Turku.

The spacious and bright underground hall offers 500 affordable parking spaces with practically always available space. We offer parking spaces for short-term and contract parking. The parking hall also has the possibility to charge electric and hybrid cars.
There are two entry and exit routes to the parking hall: from the median lane of Ratapihantie at Pasila station (coming from the north) and from the end of Kumpulantie behind the parking area. Elevators are available at the corner of Asemapäällikönkatu and Junailijankuja and at Junailijanaukio.
Maximum height at the Ratapihantie entrance is 2.20 meters and at the Kumpulantie entrance 2.70 meters. Parking spaces may have a lower height. We recommend driving into the space with the front end first.

The Palkkatila parking hall has almost 500 car spaces. Entry building at Palkkatilankatu 2. There are stairs and an elevator from the hall to Palkkatilantori. The free height on the driveways is 2.0 m. The free height in parking spaces may be lower. We recommend driving into the space with the front end first.

Maistraatintori parking has 613 car spaces. We offer short-term parking on the upper level and contract parking on the upper and lower levels. Free height 2.10 m on the lower level, 2.15 m on the upper level. The parking hall upper level also has the possibility to charge electric and hybrid cars.

Pasila Car Train Station
Address: Veturitie 19

Access to the station is via Höyrykatu and Tulistimenkatu. There is no access to the car train station from Areenakuja.
Vehicle Loading at Pasila Car Train Station:
- Allow time to arrive at the location and come to the station well before the loading time starts.
- At Pasila car train station, cars are loaded, passengers board the night train from the adjacent Pasila Railway Station. Walking distance is about 400 m.
- Passengers arriving by night train must get off the train at Pasila station and walk from there to Pasila car train station to pick up the car.
If you want to avoid carrying luggage, you can use the luggage lockers at Pasila Railway Station. This is ideal if your train arrives in a few hours and you want to go eat or explore the local areas.
Important Information:
- Luggage storage lockers are located in the station hall on floors 1 and 4 at the Veturitie level.
- Storage time is maximum 23 hours.
- Luggage storage is paid, the price is €3.00/starting hour. Storage lockers work with card payment.
- Lockers must be paid by card.
- Lockers are available in two sizes: Large (W. 40 cm x D. 70 cm x H. 58 cm) and Small (W. 32 cm x D. 70 cm x H. 43 cm).
