The Lahti-Helsinki route has 16 long-distance trains, such as Intercity and Pendolino, and in addition to local trains, you can reserve seats in Extra class or in the upper deck of the restaurant car on InterCity trains if you’re traveling on an InterCity train. Regular schedule from 5:30 AM until 00:24, which is the last departing train on this route. Trains depart approximately every half hour. It’s important to note that passenger reservations cannot be made between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
