Pohjois-Haaga Railway Station
In the northern part of Helsinki lies Pohjois-Haaga station, which connects to Helsinki’s circular Ring Rail line and the airport. This makes it a very popular stop for travelers heading to the airport or the city center. You can reach Helsinki city center in 15 minutes and the airport in 22 minutes, so it’s very close to both.
Direct Airport Connection: Pohjois-Haaga is on the Ring Rail Line (I and P trains), providing a direct connection to Helsinki Airport without any transfers needed.

The station has 2 lines, one of which (Line I) goes to the airport, and the station can be conveniently accessed by various options. As mentioned above, two lines pass through the station: the Ring Rail Line that circles around and through the center. So it’s a very popular place if you live in its surroundings and are going to the airport, and there’s a direct connection to the Airport Railway Station. This way you can go without transfers and very quickly.

The ticket depends on where you’re going. Whether you’re going to the airport or Helsinki city center, you need an AB or BC ticket, both of which cost €3.10. Pohjois-Haaga is in Zone B. Helsinki city center is in Zone A, and the Airport is in Zone C. Since Pohjois-Haaga is in the middle, you only need a 2-zone ticket (€3.10) to reach either destination!

Unfortunately, this service is not available as this station only operates short-distance lines.
